ISRAEL GO INFORMATION

Tuesday, February 25, 2020

The attached PDF of the Presentation reproduces the information that was discussed here in California, on February 20.  Click on the Israel Pilgrimage Map Image and the PDF should open for your review.

Nearly all of the information contained in the Presentation applies to all Pilgrims, with perhaps the sole exception being the California Bus travel to the Airports and the group flights to and from the West Coast.

I am posting the information so that attendees can be reminded of the particulars, but more importantly so that our fellow Pilgrims from out of the area who are meeting us along the way can be privileged to the same information.

A couple of important points:

1. BAGGAGE TAGS -  The Jerusalem Cross baggage tags go on the check in bags.  They identify you as part of the group.  If you are travelling apart from the group, Selma (our travel agent) will be sending you the tags.   This helps us identify the bags that belong to our group when we are at the Hotel or moving between hotels.

2.  BEING ON TIME - I emphasized the importance of being on time for all events and departures.  With a group of 50 people we can not spoil the itinerary waiting for a person running late.  Please take this requirement seriously to avoid disappointment.

3.  IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, Please Ask. -  I remain available for your questions until departure and in Israel.  Please never think you are bothering either Christopher or I when we are out and about.   We want this Pilgrimage to be your best ever.  Before departure you can also email me at catholicjerry@gmail.com

4.  TEAM CAPTAINS - If you become fatigued or have difficulty while we are on Pilgrimage, let Christopher or I know and we will try and see what we can do to help.  Sometimes opting out of a few events can be what a person might need to recharge.  Please view the Presentation so you can determine the name of your Captain and the number of your team.

5.  Everyone has a team captain.  The group is divided into 7 teams of 7 people.  Your Team Captain is responsible for your whereabouts during the Pilgrimage.  Keep your Captain informed.  Let your captain know if you are going to sleep in or otherwise miss something.
