Including all transportation, flights, hotels, meals, entrance fees, the pilgrimage price for those traveling from LOS ANGELES is

$5,275*

per person, double occupancy.

*This includes all flight taxes and current fuel surcharges, but not any changes in fuel surcharges that might be added by the airline prior to the departure date.

Includes roundtrip bus from Visalia to LAX and back from LAX back to Visalia by chartered bus.

  Private Rooms

The single occupancy charge is available for an additional $1,100.   Only 5 Private rooms are available per Pilgrimage,  and Priests get 2 of those.

Pilgrimage Tips

are not included in this price, and it is customary to tip the waiters $1at lunch, and $1 per day for the waiters at the hotel at the end of each hotel stay.  

The Department of Turism of Israel recommends the following:  $5.50 perday tip for the bus driver ($61 total)  and $9 per day ($99) for the guide per person for the entire 11 day pilgrimage.  [$160 total].

Each does as each wishes in this area as tips are not compulsory.

To Book a Reservation from LOS ANGELES:

1. Download the  LOS ANGELES REGISTRATION  and the TOUR CONDITIONS form.   You will need to fill out and sign both.    

I must have a name, phone number and email for every pilgrim.  If you do not have an email, provide the email of a friend or relative who has committed to you for being responsible to pass on pilgrimage information as might be emailed to all pilgrims from time to time.

2.  Contact Jerry DeMelo at (559) 960-3245 and advise him of your interest and confirm that you are on the travel list.

3.  Tender the Deposit along with your REGISTRATION  form AND the TOUR CONDITIONS form, and a legible copy of the picture page of your PASSPORT.    No reservation exists without a deposit actually tendered.

WARNING

All of the checks will be collected and processed as a group.   A late payment will not allow you to remain part of the Pilgrimage, after Dec 8, and your Reservation will be forfeited, and the original deposit returned back to you, after deducting the $350 cancellation fee.

Prompt tender of Final Payment is essential, since airlines and tour companies do not hold seats after payments are due.

This is for Pilgrims who will not be travelling on the group flight from LAX, but will be joining us in TEL AVIV and will purchase their own flight tickets for travel.

The cost including all hotels, meals, entrance fees, and the pilgrimage price for the time in ISRAEL is

per person, double occupancy.

2.  Contact Jerry DeMelo at (559) 960-3245 and advise him of your interest and confirm that  you are on the travel list.  If so, I will reserve t spot for you, so that you can book your flight prior to actually submitting your REGISTRATION form

3.  BOOK YOUR FLIGHT and provide proof of your itinerary.   Your flight must arrives prior to the Group Flight so that you can ride the Bus from TEL ALVIV to JERUSALEM with the group, although a Taxi can be provided at reasonable cost.

4.   Tender the Deposit along with your REGISTRATION and TOUR CONDITIONS form, and a legible copy of the picture page of your PASSPORT.    No reservation exists without a deposit actually tendered.
