Including all transportation, flights, hotels, meals, entrance fees, the pilgrimage price for those traveling from LOS ANGELES is

$4,650*

per person, double occupancy.

*This includes all flight taxes and current fuel surcharges, but not any changes in fuel surcharges that might be added by the airline prior to the departure date.

Includes roundtrip bus from Visalia to LAX and back from LAX back to Visalia by chartered bus.

  Private Rooms

The single occupacy charge is available for an additional $750.

  Local Tips

are not included in this price, and it is customary to tip the waiters $1at lunch, and $1 per day for the waiters at the hotel at the end of each hotel stay.  

The tip to the bus driver is $54 and the guide $81 per person for the entire piligrimage.

Each does as each wishes in this area as tips are not compulsory.  The above suggestion yields a tip of about $150 per pilgrim, which is about half what other travel groups expect.

To Book a Reservation from LOS ANGELES:

1. Download the  LOS ANGELES REGISTRATION form and TOUR CONDITIONS form.   You will need to fill our and sign both.    

I must have a name, phone number and email person for every pilgrim.  If you do not have an email, provide the email of a friend or relative who has committed to you being responsible to pass on pilgrimage information as might be emailed to all pilgrims from time to time.

2.  Contact Jerry DeMelo at (559) 960-3245 and advise him of your interest and confirm there is room available.

3.  Tender the Deposit.    No reservation exists without a deposit.

WARNING

All of the checks will be collected and processed as a group.  A late payment will not allow you to remain part of the Pilgrimage, after Dec 13, and your Reservation will be forfeited, and the original deposit returned back to you, after deducting the $250 cancellation fee.

Prompt tender of Final Payment is essential, since airlines and tour companies do not hold seats after payments are due.


LAND ONLY PRICING

for those travelling from other cites to Tel Aviv and making their own flight arrangements


This pricing is for persons who are pre-paying for their own flights at the time of booking and are interested in joining the Pilgrimage in Tel Aviv, Israel.   These piligrims will present evidence of booking a flight to Israel to the Group Leader, as part of the process of Booking a spot to join our group as we Pilgrimage inside Israel.

To Book a Reservation for a Land Side (Israel) Pilgrimage only:

1. Download the REGISTRATION FORM FOR ALL OTHER DEPARTURES LAND ONLY  and  also the TOURCONDITIONS form.   You will need to fill our and sign both.    

I must have a name, phone number and email person for every pilgrim.  If you do not have an email, provide the email of a friend or relative who has committed to you being responsible to pass on pilgrimage information as might be emailed to all pilgrims from time to time.

2.  Contact Jerry DeMelo at (559) 960-3245 and advise him of your interest and confirm there is room available before you proceed to book your flight.  

There are a limited number of persons who can book a 'land only' Pilgrimage, because our Group discount out of LAX requires a certain group size, but we have never had a problem in the past accomodating Pilgrims who wish to join us from other US cities or from other Countries.

3.  Coordinate with ALTOUR TRAVEL agent Selma Evans.  Call her at (559) 625-1333 to coordinate.   You can use your own travel agent or your own skills to book your flight, but please coordinate your plans with our Travel agent to make sure your flights are consistent with our Group flight also arriving in Tel Aviv.

4.  Tender the Deposit.    No reservation exists without a deposit.

I highly recommend Travel Insurance for Pilgrims travelling with a Land Side only booking, because unlike the rest of the Pilgrims travelling out of LAX, your flight booking will be nonrefundable - and you will not be protected if you need to cancel.   Our travel agent from Altour can help you, and perhaps your personal Travel Agent or Insurance agent might advise you as well.
