An ETA-IL (or VISA) is now required to be approved before entry into Israel.

Information related to your personal details, email, travel information, passport details and uploading a photo must be submitted for approval by Israel.  Turn around is about 72 hours.

The ETA-IL form is next to the REGISTRATION FORM at the Registration menu tab.  

The ETA-IL VISA is good for two years.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ETA-IL

(Electronic Travel Application)

You will need to supply the following information:

➤  an EMAIL that will be verified

➤  a TELEPHONE number

🔹 PASSPORT INFORMATION

and other information as described below

The form will need to be completed in 30 minutes, but it took me 6 minutes unhurried.

_______LETS BEGIN_________

1.     you will enter a contact email that will be verified by a six number code that you will need to enter on the ETA-IL form.  Have your email program available to check for the code.

2.     Select TOURISM as the reason for visit

3.     Arrival date:  03  02  2025  (day is first then month)

4.     Length of visit:  Enter UP TO 14 DAYS

5.     Travel document:  Regular Passport

6.     County Code:  Select United States of America or your Passport Country if different.

7.     Passport No.:    Enter your Passport number

8:    Enter your Nationality:   Select United States of America or your Passport Country if different.

9.     Enter your LAST and FIRST name, Date of Passport issue and Date of Expiration.   Again use the Date, Month Year format

10:  Occupation:   Select from drop down menu.  I selected unemployed because I am retired.

11.      Place of Birth:  United States of America or other.

12.     Gender:  gives choice M or F or Other

13.     Addional Nationality:  Leave Blank if no other

14.      Marital Status:   Married or Single

15.      Father's  name:  Last and First

16.     Mother's name: Last is Maiden name, and First

17.     Contact phone number: Type 1 then area code and 7 digits -- The form adds the + in front of your 1 automatically

18.     Additional contact phhne number:  I used my wife's number

19.     Home Address:  just United States of America and City

THAT IS IT!   Easy.

You will then be taken to a set of 4 pages that will allow you to view and make sure you entered everything correctly.   Then when you click to submit, a page appears with your name and Application number and Status (pending).   

Response expected within 72 hours in your email.

Then print and keep the ETA-IL VISA for travel and have it with your PASSPORT on the date of travel
